Growing up, I faced many insecurities, leading to misguided choices and paths. Reflecting on my past, I am amazed by how God consistently rescued me from the chaos and destruction that followed, always in His perfect timing. As Lisa Bevere said, "I believe that the attacks on your life have much more to do with who you might be in the future than who you have been in the past."
The pivotal moment in my life was a profound encounter with God in a desert country—intimate and personal. It was then that I realized He had set me apart through His sanctification, redemption, forgiveness, and grace. To put it plainly, without God, finding purpose in life is challenging. Without purpose, life becomes a series of achievements and events. You may experience temporary happiness, but not the everlasting joy of the Lord. The joy of the Lord is enduring and indescribable, like butterflies fluttering in your heart, waking up each morning proclaiming, "Rejoice, for this is the day that the Lord has made." which becomes the constant through any working day.
