At the Well...February 2026 Newsletter

I am absolutely thrilled to share all the exciting developments happening behind the scenes as we gear up for the Wise Well Woman Summit 2026 on April 18th! You must read to the end as we have a surprise in store too. However, before we get to the end let me tell you, it hasn't been without its challenges—obedience demands not just blind faith but a deep trust in God, especially when the path ahead is shrouded in uncertainty. Yet, we hold fast to the belief that our obedience brings joy to God. When people ask what sets the Well's annual conference apart from other women of faith leadership gatherings, general women's conferences, or workplace events, we have a clear answer—it’s the incredible gathering of women with careers, businesses, vocations, and jobs who seek not only practical applications of Biblical principles through storytelling and teaching but also a profound encounter with God at the conference. The outpouring of the Holy Spirit and God meeting our

attendees exactly where they are is what truly makes the Well conference extraordinary.

BUT, there is a big BUT, you must be intentional as you prepare towards the conference. It does not mean that God will not speak to you if your heart posture has not gone through a period of preparation, it just means that when you are prepared you will experience a transformation in the root of your belief system. You can hear the testimonies from our past attendees:

Keep an eye on Instagram for new videos of speakers and panelists for this year's conference.

The agenda is shaping up and we'll be sharing the program details at 2026 Well Woman Work Summit | WELL International

We're thrilled to announce an EXCITING LINE UP designed to keep things fresh and celebrate a rich diversity of cultures, denominations, and generations! In addition to Jamie Phear, Maxine Nwaneri, Deepa Vargis, and Shawnna Hoffman, we've partnered with the dynamic networks Corporate & Christian, led by Oke Uwegba, and She Sells Purple, led by Felicia Wong and Johanna Moss. Get ready to be inspired as Santhy Smith leads the worship, and Regina Quartey hosts an empowering workshop on executive presence, Kirubai Kohout on transformative prayer and many more. You'll leave the conference ready to 'rise & reign' like never before!

The BIG SURPRISE! Last year, our 'Prophetic' teaching workshop, in collaboration with Invictus Prophetic Global and Rebecca King, was a hit—check out this reel. Thanks to the fantastic feedback from our attendees, we're excited to introduce 'prophetic prayer' booths at this year's conference. Want to experience this? Sign up now for individual prayer slots on April 18th 2026 (ignore the other dates) available during the lunch break. Don't miss out!

Lastly, A CALL TO ACTION: if you've purchased a ticket, invite a friend to join you—there's strength in community. Jesus was relational, and we encourage you to do the same by inviting others to this 2026 Wise Well Woman Summit.

A HUGE THANK YOU to Charity Akampumuza for her support of Well on social media since our inception. We welcome Ifeoma Odia, who has taken over from Charity as our new social media lead.
